1. Enterprise Services Agreement

All software engineering, digital consulting, and support services are governed by individual Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work executed between the client and ISTROLABE.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Clients retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of all custom software solutions, architectures, and deliverables created upon payment reconciliation.
