Last updated: August 2026

1. Zero Tolerance Commitment ISTROLABE maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labor, and servitude in all operations and across our global supply chains. We are committed to conducting all business activities ethically, transparently, and in strict accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and international labor standards.

2. Our Business & Supply Chain As a technology and software engineering consultancy, our supply chain primarily consists of professional services, cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure), software tooling, and hardware suppliers. We conduct due diligence assessments to ensure all vendors adhere to fair labor laws, fair compensation, and ethical working conditions.

3. Due Diligence & Risk Mitigation - We evaluate vendor compliance and contractual commitments prior to onboarding third-party service providers. - We maintain transparent hiring policies, competitive compensation benchmarks, and verify the legal right to work for all engineering team members. - We operate a whistleblowing policy that empowers any employee or contractor to report suspected labor abuses without fear of retaliation.

4. Accountability & Continuous Review Our leadership reviews employment practices, supplier evaluations, and ethical guidelines annually to identify potential risks and maintain accountability.
